David Marzulo, DO
Dr. Marzulo is a board-certified neurologist who has been in practice for many years. He is a graduate of Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine-Chicago with neurology residency at Albany Medical Center Hospitals. He is a former Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at The University of Rochester Medical Center. He sees all general neurologic problems, with a special interest in headache.

Cami Denning is a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with a diverse background in nursing, including experience in inpatient neurological rehabilitation, TMJ dysfunction, home health, and exposure to therapeutic procedures like intramuscular and joint injections of Botox, Ortho Biologics, and PRP injections. Provides care with a patient-centered approach, and passion for holistic care to provide high-quality healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner.
William Holder, NP
William Holder, NP has been in neurology for over 20 years. He is experienced in managing many neurological conditions, including chronic headache/migraine, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, dementia, and epilepsy. He is a member of the Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, American Headache Association, and the American Academy of Neurology.
