Foothills Neurology – Neurobehavioral Health focuses on helping our patients manage the impact of today’s struggles. Stressors and illnesses many times negatively influences how we live day to day. The results can be depression, anxiety, insomnia, or other difficulties. Post Traumatic Stress can resurface or reemerge and become more powerful than anticipated.
At Neurobehavioral Health we will walk with you through the process of health and balance. This will assist you during the journey. Your provider will listen closely as you describe your experience, narrative, and memories. You will have the chance to ask questions and share any concerns.

We also provide cognitive therapy for patients with a history of brain injuries; including TBI, stroke, tumors, and AVM’s, as well as cognitive therapy for patients that may have a neurodegenerative process such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, or Dementia.
Medications might be part of your treatment plan please keep in mind it takes time for them to work effectively and could lose effectiveness over time. It is important to keep your scheduled appointments for follow up and ideal communication.
Melinda Preston, DNP
Melinda is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing therapy and pharmacotherapy for patients with a variety of neurological disorders.
Catherine O’Neill, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Catherine received her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix. As a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Catherine focuses on all areas of family medicine. Her key areas of interest include diabetes, reducing cardiovascular risks, and renal damage. She has a passion for mental health and believes that much of what occurs in the mind affects the body. She provides her patients with a safe place where they can speak about their struggles, pain, and goals. Catherine’s clinical interests also include promoting a healthy lifestyle through weight management and weight loss.
Yolande Eckrich, MMS PA-C
Yolande Eckrich received her Master’s degree in Medical Science as a Physician Assistant from Nova Southeastern University. She is passionate about Behavioral health and Neurology. She currently diagnoses and treats Depressive disorders, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Mood disorders, Eating Disorders and Personality Disorders. Yolande is experienced in Neurocognitive disorders such as Parkinson’s. Alzheimer’s, and other types of Dementias.
Ryan Ibarra, MA, LPC
Ryan graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. He did his graduate work in community counseling, earning his Master’s from Western Michigan University.
Jessica Grady, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS
Jessica Grady started her practice to extend her reach and expertise valley wide. She graduated with her Master of Science degree from Arizona State University and completed her externship at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, and her clinical fellowship in Payson. She earned her professional license in Arizona in 1998 and began seeing private patients in 2001.
