Our Philosophy of Care
Our Practice at Foothills Neurology takes a professional and caring approach to the treatment of our patients. We are sympathetic to every patient’s concerns and needs.
The staff at Foothills Neurology treat a variety of neurological issues and take a special interest in treating headache patients. We also care for patients with epilepsy, neck/back pain, dementia (Alzheimer’s, etc.), memory, movement disorders (Parkinson’s etc.), ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), stroke, sleep disorders, vertigo, multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathy plus other nerve disorders, myopathy, and spinal cord, brain, or nerve injury.
Nerve conduction studies/electromyography (NCS/EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG) are conducted in our office.
Other in-office procedures include lumbar punctures, lumbar epidurals, blood patches, trigger point injections, carpal tunnel injections, Botox injections, and peripheral nerve blocks. We offer alternative treatment options for patients through a variety of providers including a physical therapist, who provides a specialized form of treatment known as cranial sacral therapy, and a naturopathic doctor who takes a holistic approach to treatment as well as performs acupuncture. Psychiatric nurse practitioners and licensed professional counselors treat existing patients through counseling and medication management.
